Care

All Orelia Luxe can be worn in water without risk of tarnishing. We do however advise removing when immersed in water for long periods, especially water with high alkali or acidity as this could affect the plating colour over time.
Orelia Luxe can be cleaned using a soft cloth and mild soap with water.

Orders placed placed after 3pm will be delivered the following working day

For orders placed Friday - Sunday, you can expect your delivery on the following Tuesday

Returns & Exchanges

Not quite right? You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Send it back to us unworn, with tags on and in its original packaging, and we will refund you, including standard delivery.

If anything arrives faulty or we have sent the wrong item, just let us know and we will cover the return and refund you in full.

Sale items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

A few things cannot be returned for hygiene reasons: lingerie, pierced earrings, toiletries and gift cards.
