RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days. All returns must be in the same condition as sold: unworn, unused, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

For reasons of hygiene and safety, returns or exchanges on lingerie, pierced earrings and toiletries cannot be accepted.

IN-STORE RETURNS

Items bought in our store may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Please retain your email receipt with your purchase number so we can process the return.

ONLINE RETURNS

Goods ordered online may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at info@kiticymru.com with your order number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and pay for the return shipment. We advise using a tracked and signed-for service for proof of postage, and sending us the tracking number so we can look out for your return. We have found Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For to be the most reasonable service for this.

Mark the order number clearly on the parcel to help us identify your return and speed up your refund. We will begin processing your refund once we receive the goods. Please allow up to 10 days.

EU RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags and in their original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, pierced earrings or toiletries. We are also unable to accept returns on gift cards. Please get in touch if you have any questions about a specific item.

EXCHANGES

In store, we are happy to exchange your item within 14 days. For online orders, the quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement. Returns cannot be accepted once the 14-day period has expired.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@kiticymru.com.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

SALE PRICES

Sale prices apply only during the advertised sale period and cannot be applied retroactively. Purchases made before or after the sale window are not eligible for price adjustments or partial refunds. We appreciate that price changes can prompt questions, but to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers, we honour the pricing that was in place at the time of purchase. All sale periods have a firm start and end date.
