Returns
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it. All returns must be in the same condition as sold, unworn, with all tags still attached & original product packaging as appropriate.
For reasons of hygiene & safety, returns/exchanges on lingerie, pierced earrings or toiletries cannot be accepted.
IN-STORE RETURNS
Items bought in our store can be exchanged or refunded.
Full price goods may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Sale items may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
Please retain your email receipt with your purchase number so we may process the return.
ONLINE RETURNS
Full price goods ordered on-line may be refunded within 14 days of delivery.
Sale items ordered on-line may be refunded within 7 days of purchase only.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for the return shipment and we advise that you use a tracked and signed for service for proof of shipping and send us the tracking no so we can look out for the return. We have found Royal mail 2nd class signed for to be the most reasonable service for shipping.

Please mark ref the order no on the parcel to help identify your return and speed up your refund. We will start processing the payment for the refund upon receipt of the goods. Please allow up to 10 days.
ONLINE EXCHANGESOnce we have received the return item(s) we will process & send the revised order as soon as possible using the same shipment method that you chose in the original order.
Returns cannot be accepted once the exchange period has expired.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
