FREE UK SHIPPING

Free UK delivery is available on all orders over £140

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Any orders made by 3.30pm are despatched same day using Royal Mail Tracked 24 Express Shipping. Flat rate shipping fee of £4.50 applies to orders shipping to United Kingdom. We do not ship outside of UK at this time.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 day to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP

85 Pontcanna Street, Pontcanna, Cardiff

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am Monday - Saturday. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@kiticymru.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
