FREE UK SHIPPING
Free UK delivery is available on all orders over £140.
UK FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Any orders made by 3.30pm are despatched same day using Royal Mail Tracked 24 Express Shipping. A flat rate shipping fee of £4.50 applies to orders shipping within the United Kingdom.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We keep international delivery simple and transparent. Because every order is a different size and weight, your delivery cost is calculated on exactly that: the weight and dimensions of the pieces you've chosen. You'll see the full amount at checkout before you place your order, broken down clearly, with no hidden charges.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAX
For international orders, the price shown at checkout is the landed cost, which means any duties and taxes are already included. We guarantee there's nothing further to pay when your order arrives, so you can shop with complete confidence wherever you are.
Every order travels by air freight for speed, then passes to a trusted local delivery company for the final journey to your door, such as USPS in the United States, or CDL, Sway Optima and Jitsu in other regions.
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1 day to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way.
STORE PICKUP
85 Pontcanna Street, Pontcanna, Cardiff
Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am Monday to Saturday. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@kiticymru.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
