Not quite right? You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Send it back to us unworn, with tags on and in its original packaging, and we will refund you, including standard delivery.
If anything arrives faulty or we have sent the wrong item, just let us know and we will cover the return and refund you in full.
Sale items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Jumper 1234 uses its own numbering. Cashmere comes in sizes 1 to 5, and jersey and sweats in sizes 1 to 4.
On neater shapes take your normal size. On boyfriend, sweat or oversized shapes the fit is looser and meant to be worn baggy, and a size 4 is recommended for anyone UK 16 and up.
