We use Royal Mail 24 tracked service (excluding weekends and bank holidays). The service includes full online tracking, so that you can monitor the progress of your Kiti parcel.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it. All returns must be in the same condition as sold, unworn, with all tags still attached & original product packaging as appropriate.

For reasons of hygiene & safety, returns/exchanges on lingerie, pierced earrings or toiletries cannot be accepted.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS
We have extended our normal returns policy for the Christmas period. Any item bought between 8 December and 31 December can be returned up until 10 January 2026. All items need to be in unused and pristine condition.

IN-STORE RETURNS
Items bought in our store may only be exchanged or refunded.

Full price goods may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Sale items may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
